HR Operations Team Leader - ASAP start - 6 months temporary role- £22 per hour plus holiday pay - Leicestershire

Macildowie is delighted to be working with a prestigious organisation to recruit a HR Operations Team Leader to lead a HR 'Hub'. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a customer-focused, high-quality HR support service that enhances the employee experience.

The role is initially for a period of around 6 months and offers hybrid working.

About the Role

  • Leading a HR 'Hub' - a central contact centre for all HR-related queries.
  • Overseeing HR Operations, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of employment contracts, contractual changes, and first-line HR advice.
  • Driving a strong customer service culture,
  • Ensuring compliance with key HR processes including compliance
  • Working closely with HR and payroll teams
  • Developing and motivating a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitoring service levels and performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for enhancement.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience leading or supervising an HR support team within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, terms & conditions, and employment legislation.
  • The ability to drive change and improve customer-focused processes.
