The role
 
As a Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining excellent client relationships. 
 
The role:
 

  • Managing and responding to client enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal company policies.
  • Assisting senior management with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Liaising with internal departments, including the technology team, to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Processing and managing documentation in line with legislative guidelines.

 
The candidate:
 

  • Previous experience in pensions, employee benefits, or financial services administration.
  • Strong administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A professional and client-focused approach.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A willingness to work onsite in Leicester for four days per week.
