What should I expect day to day?

Our award-winning intern programme will give you a unique insight into the world of work and hands-on experience of life in business. Our 12-month internship will see you working within our HR Service centre who play a crucial role in supporting the business with all HR Functions. On completion you'll be equipped with the skills you'll need to succeed once you finish university, with many of our interns returning to Hays after completing their studies to take advantage of our Graduate roles.
