Senior HR Business Partner (12-Month FTC)Leicester - Hybrid Working£60,000 + retention bonus

We're hiring on behalf of an exciting brand for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their high-performing team during a key period of transformation and change.

This is a true HR leadership role - offering the chance to drive strategic people projects across the business while leading and developing a team of HRBPs.

The Opportunity:

Due to maternity leave cover and internal movement, this FTC will see you step into a critical position within the HR team, reporting directly to a senior leader and supporting multiple high-profile projects across a 1,200+ employee contact centre network.

You'll be:

  • Leading on major HR projects - including systems transformation, policy alignment, and people change initiatives
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders (including Directors and Heads of Department) to influence business decisions
  • Supporting and coaching a team of experienced HRBPs, including managing a new hire and guiding junior talent within the team
  • Playing a key role in championing a high-performance, great-place-to-work culture

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner, with direct line management of other HRBPs
  • Strong project delivery skills with the ability to drive change across complex, multi-site environments
  • Experience working in fast-paced, service-led industries
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present data and influence at senior level
  • A resilient, hands-on mindset - someone who can lead from the front and inspire others through change
