Installations Coordinator Salary: £25,000 £29,000 Dependant on Experience
Installations Coordinator Job role:
Dialogue with clients via telephone and email
Scheduling & planning installers work
Dialogue with couriers
Dialogue with Installers
Checking purchase invoices
Preparing RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements)
Compiling job packs both paper form and digital form
Ordering sundry & uniform supplies
Installations Coordinator Shift pattern:
Monday to Friday
08:00 16:30
What we are looking for:
Must have strong computer skills (Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel etc.)
Proven customer service experience.
Ability to look at the planning of a project with cost saving, productivity and scheduling in mind.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and activities to ensure that all delivery metrics are met.
Must have excellent communication skills; comfortable using the phone, email, WhatsApp and other platforms.
Must work well with others and as an individual
