We are currently looking for motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working on the production line, operating machinery, and ensuring high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

Assemble, pack, and inspect products according to company standards

Follow production schedules and targets

Conduct quality checks and report any defects or issues

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

Complete production records and documentation accurately

Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines

Follow all health & safety regulations and company procedures

Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)

Good attention to detail and quality-focused

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Physically fit and comfortable with standing for long periods

Reliable, punctual, and a positive work attitude

Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as required

Forklift license or experience with material handling

Knowledge of basic machinery or hand tools

Experience in a similar industry (e.g., food production, automotive, packaging)
