Job Summary:

We are currently looking for motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working on the production line, operating machinery, and ensuring high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

  • Assemble, pack, and inspect products according to company standards

  • Follow production schedules and targets

  • Conduct quality checks and report any defects or issues

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

  • Complete production records and documentation accurately

  • Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines

  • Follow all health & safety regulations and company procedures

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)

  • Good attention to detail and quality-focused

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

  • Physically fit and comfortable with standing for long periods

  • Reliable, punctual, and a positive work attitude

  • Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as required

Desirable (Not Essential):
  • Forklift license or experience with material handling

  • Knowledge of basic machinery or hand tools

  • Experience in a similar industry (e.g., food production, automotive, packaging)
