Finance Analyst (30 hours per week) - 12 months Fixed Term Contract - Leicester (Hybrid working available up to 2 days per week from home) - up to £40k per annum FTEA growing, reputable client of ours is seeking a Finance Analyst to provide commercial and group reporting support, drive process improvements, and collaborate with internal teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong financial analysis skills, keen attention to detail, and a focus on improving efficiency.

This role will be on a 30-hour per week basis.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Maintain and review product costing sheets and customer profitability reports.
  • Perform monthly customer exposure reviews and provide insights.
  • Assist with month-end reporting, including key performance indicators and sustainability data.
  • Support financial processes, including payroll, payments, and inter-company recharges.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects such as ERP system implementation.

Skills & Experience

  • CIMA/ACCA finalist or equivalent qualification (preferable)
  • Experience in management accounts and financial reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Sage X3 experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
