The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting the financial planning and analysis function by providing insights and data-driven recommendations. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

  • Analyse financial performance and provide variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and provide financial insights to support business decisions.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and business planning.

  • Support the preparation of presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.

  • Continuously improve financial processes, systems, and reporting tools.

Qualifications:

  • Must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified

  • Prior experience in analysis preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
