The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting the financial planning and analysis function by providing insights and data-driven recommendations. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Analyse financial performance and provide variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
Support the preparation of presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
Continuously improve financial processes, systems, and reporting tools.

Qualifications:

Must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
Prior experience in analysis preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
