Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of business clients, providing accounting and advisory services.
- Reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and management accounts.
- Leading and mentoring a team of accountants, ensuring high-quality output.
- Identifying opportunities to add value to clients and advising on business growth.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements.
- Working closely with senior management to support strategic initiatives.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with relevant post-qualification experience.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong leadership and client management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of UK accounting and tax regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
