The Client Manager position is extremely varied and provides exposure to all the multi-disciplines throughout the practice. You'll be at the forefront of client interaction, providing bespoke guidance and advice as well as business development networking for new clients.

It is frankly a vastly wide-ranging role getting involved in lots of different areas, providing the prospect for a qualified practice professional to make a positive influence not only on behalf of clients, but also the longer-term growth for the practice itself.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing the management of deadlines and ensuring KPI's are met throughout the team
  • Reviewing and developing the professional development of junior's members in the team, proactively developing a culture of continuous improvement
  • Involvement in business development events, seeking to grow the client portfolio across the multi-service functional areas
  • Support future projects throughout the practice

What we are looking for:

  • A qualified accountant, ACCA or ACA / ICAEW or equivalent, although QBE's with prior experience in an accountancy firm will also be considered
  • Practical working knowledge of accounting systems including either QuickBooks, Xero or Sage
  • Previous experience of interacting and collaborating with a client portfolio
  • An organised and proactive approach to tasks with the ability to multi-task
