Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your portfolio of clients
- Providing a full 360 service to your client book
- Growing the client portfolio
- Drive growth and exceed targets.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy in all aspects of your role.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide expert advice and guidance.
- You'll be supported by a supportive team working together to provide the best for their clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a Commercial Account Executive
- Proven track record of growing your own book of business
- Experience in building and maximising income opportunities from existing client portfolios
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong market knowledge and insurer relationships
- Experience and understanding of FCA compliance and regulatory processes
