Overview

We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager to join our client's expanding Corporate team in Leicester. In their lively and supportive environment, you'll work closely with a team of skilled professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities

  • Create documents for new customers, mid-term adjustments, and renewals.
  • Ensure accurate recording of customer details and timely data entry.
  • Obtain renewal terms for customers and explore alternative options.
  • Prepare renewal closings and ensure timely cover binding.
  • Manage insurer and customer queries, process policies, and chase outstanding documentation.
  • Handle account queries and credit control matters, highlighting any concerns.
  • Apply legal and regulatory policies related to internal policies and insurance contracts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in cross-class commercial/corporate products.
  • Knowledge of general commercial insurance.
  • Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications (Cert CII/Dip CII) desirable.
  • Target-driven with a track record of achieving SLAs.
  • Strong rapport-building and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and proficient in Acturis.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
