This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional looking to take on a strategic in-house role within a global organisation.

The Role - What You'll Be DoingAs a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager / Manager, you will be an integral part of the Tax, Treasury, and Partner Accounts team, responsible for managing corporate tax matters across domestic and international operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the firm's approach to international tax matters, including CBCR, Pillar 2, and transfer pricing documentation.
- Supporting all ongoing corporate tax compliance within the group, including UK and international requirements.
- Providing strategic support for tax risk management and governance, including SAO compliance and tax strategy publication.
- Engaging with senior stakeholders, including overseas subsidiaries and joint ventures, to manage tax-related matters.
- Establishing a best-in-class reporting system for maintaining all necessary tax documentation.
- Collaborating with the wider finance function to gain industry-wide experience.
- Working alongside specialists in indirect taxes, partnership taxation, and personal tax considerations.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- A professional qualification in accounting or tax (such as ACA, ACCA, CTA) with post-qualification experience.
- Strong understanding of UK corporate tax rules.
- Experience managing cross-border tax risks for multinational businesses.
- Familiarity with the key governance requirements of large organisations.
- The ability to assess and manage tax risks across a variety of routine and ad hoc matters.
- A proactive and eager approach to learning and developing skills across a broad tax role.
