Our client is seeking a Tax Director to lead the delivery of UK corporate tax compliance work, taking responsibility for client relation ships and delivering projects.

  • As part of the management team, you will provide direction and leadership within your service line in accordance with our culture and values, including formulating plans and policies, and ensuring our strategic and operational objectives are met
  • Oversee a portfolio of high-value corporate clients, providing expert tax compliance and advisory services. Build strong relationships, acting as their trusted adviser and ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Work closely with colleagues in other departments to identify tax-related opportunities and risks for clients, ensuring a holistic approach to service delivery.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax law and regulations
  • Experience in corporate tax compliance
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Ability to work on multiple complex assignments
  • Qualified CTA, ATT, ACA or ACCA
