A well-established Leicestershire business is seeking a skilled finance professional to join their dynamic Commercial Finance Team for c4months. Key Responsibilities:This role offers a fantastic mix of financial planning & analysis (FP&A), stakeholder management, and process improvement, including:

• Business Partnering Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing valuable cost insights to senior management.
• Month-End Reporting Own cost reporting, reconciliations, and performance analysis.
• Budgeting & Forecasting Lead financial planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Financial Analysis Deliver insightful reporting to support decision-making and drive efficiency.
• Process Improvement Streamline financial processes and enhance reporting efficiency's.

Key Requirements for the role:

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide commercial insights
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets.
• Confident stakeholder management skills ability to influence and challenge.
• Experience as above and of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Someone who can start ASAP
• Working in the office 5 days a week with occasional 'work from home' day.
