- Financial Business Partnering: Work closely with senior management to provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making.
- Management Accounts Production: Prepare a full set of management accounts with insightful commentary and reporting packs.
- Analysis & Reporting: Provide financial analysis on business performance, trends, costs, revenues, and key drivers.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts, supporting business planning.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present management accounts and financial analysis at meetings, ensuring financial data is translated into actionable insights.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records, reviewing reconciliations and debtor reports.
- Experience as a Finance Business Partner or a management accountant with strong business partnering exposure.
- Part-Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) or QBE.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting financial data to support decision-making.
- Proven ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools, including advanced Excel skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Competitive salary £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience.
