I am currently recruiting a Finance Business Partner role for a rapidly growing and highly ambitious business based in Central Leicester. My client is a market leader in their sector and has won many awards recently for their achievements. This role will offer excellent senior exposure acting as a business partner to the operational and commercial functions. In return our client will offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package alongside excellent opportunities to grow and develop with the business, in an exciting period in their development. Responsibilities will include:Ensure the accuracy and validity of financial analysis to be delivered to the wider business.Act as a true Finance Business Partner - delivering reports in a clear concise manner, helping non finance stakeholder to interpret performance metrics.Variance analysis - highlighting areas for potential improvement and providing commentary on key drivers.Take a lead on budgeting and forecasting, working closely with the operational teams.Profitability analysis, modelling and providing commentary.To be considered for this role you must be ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified with experience of working within a large fast paced organisation. Advanced level Excel skills are vital in this role as well as an ability to disseminate and interpret financial information
