Trinity House are exclusively working with an established, growing Business based in Leicester for a Finance Manager. This is a critical role, bringing rigour and structure to the finance function and helping to professionalise the business further.This role is suited to a professional who can help build out strong finance processes and manage an established team effectively.Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the P&L, Balance Sheet and Management Reporting
- Ensuring accuracy of information and timely reporting. Preparation of monthly accounts and commentary.
- Responsibility for the day-to-day activities of the Finance department, including AP, AR, transactional and management accounts.
- Audit preparation
- Represent Finance in monthly management meetings, and update the senior leadership team on performance.
Person
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified or Qualified by experience
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build, develop and maintain relationships.
- Strong management skills
- Analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
