Trinity House are exclusively working with an established, growing Business based in Leicester for a Finance Manager.
This role requires a professional with ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification or equivalent experience.
The Finance Manager will have full ownership of the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Management Reporting.
Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy of information, audit preparation, and representing Finance in management meetings.
The salary for this position is up to £65,000 per year, with extensive benefits package.

This is a critical role, bringing rigour and structure to the finance function and helping to professionalise the business further.This role is suited to a professional who can help build out strong finance processes and manage an established team effectively.Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Full ownership of the P&L, Balance Sheet and Management Reporting
Ensuring accuracy of information and timely reporting. Preparation of monthly accounts and commentary.
Responsibility for the day-to-day activities of the Finance department, including AP, AR, transactional and management accounts.
Audit preparation
Represent Finance in monthly management meetings, and update the senior leadership team on performance.

Person

ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified or Qualified by experience
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build, develop and maintain relationships.
Strong management skills
Analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
