RattrayParkin is currently partnering with a fast-growing FMCG business in North Leicestershire to recruit an experienced Finance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic company, working closely as the number two to the Finance Director and leading a finance team of 5.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the finance department.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the business.
Drive financial planning and analysis to support decision-making.
Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with accounting standards.
Mentor and develop the finance team of 5, ensuring high performance and development.
Provide strategic support to the Finance Director in driving business growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a Finance Manager role or a Management Accountant role with people management experience
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with senior management.
ACA/ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or qualified
