We are in search of an experienced and motivated Interim Finance Manager with a keen eye for strategic planning, managing budgets, and forecasting. The successful candidate will provide senior management with the information and support they need to make major corporate decisions and work with all departments to help them plan and manage their own budgets. This is a temporary role and you will need to be available to start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Overseeing the company's financial health and check the accuracy of financial transactions.
  2. Generating financial reports related to budgets, cost reports, and financial planning.
  3. Analysing financial data and regularly report on financial metrics, including profitability, assets, income, and market share.
  4. Directing the creation of internal processes and policies relevant to financial management.
  5. Preparing and presenting financial trends and analytics to the Senior Leadership team.
  6. Ensuring that the company's financial systems and budgets are in compliance with company standards, legislation, and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Masters or other professional qualification would be an added advantage.
  2. Proven experience in a similar role managing finances.
  3. Comprehensive understanding of data analysis and forecasting methodologies.
  4. Proficient in the use of financial software and databases.
  5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear way.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Hybrid working is available.

This is a temporary assigment. You must be available to start at short notice.
