Ashley Kate Finance are proud to be partnering with an established and growing manufacturing company, seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Completion of Monthly Management and Financial Accounting Activity
- Responsibility for preparation of the monthly management accounts
- Preparation of monthly sales and margin reports
- Preparing cash forecasts
- Preparing annual budgets and forecasts
- Managing annual audits
- Oversee Transactional Finance Team ensuring the timely management of Purchase, Sales Ledgers and Payroll
- Assisting in preparing monthly payroll, PAYE and Pension
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role within a finance department.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivots, Look Ups, and advanced functions.
- Experience with Sage Accounting software (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Knowledge of VAT, payroll, and financial reporting standards.

Intermediate MS Excel to include Pivots, Look Ups etc. are essential, and knowledge of Sage Accounting would be a major advantage.
