RECfinancial are currently shortlisting exclusively for this Leicestershire based business as it looks to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to bolster its team.

This position is commutable from Leicester, Warwickshire, Derby and Nottingham.
Reporting into an experienced Finance Director, you'll see yourself fully emerged in all aspects of finance, overseeing a well formed team of 5, ensuring they continue their journey with the business.

Based within manufacturing, your role will involve all areas of month/year end accounting, P&L, reporting of business performance and commercial analysis along with other areas.
You'll be fully qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA and ideally have previous knowledge of a manufacturing business with the ability to hit the ground running.

The company has a great history, with long term members of the team and prides itself in its customer base.
Our client is keen to recruit a candidate that can demonstrate strong Management Accounting skills to include budgets, in depth costing, analysis, assets, balance sheet recs and income, to help assist the FD and the wider business.

The role offers a generous package which includes hybrid working and bonus.
