We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our team within Vistry Works Leicester, at our factory in Narborough. As our Finance Manager, you will report to the Head of Finance and will support the local management team in the operation of the factory and production lines. The Finance Manager will offer strategic insights and off challenge to results and performance, as well as undertaking finance specific requirements such as month end reporting and the preparation of management accounts.

    • Preparation of management accounts and supporting commentary on a monthly basis, including a landing view forecast
    • Undertaking of an accurate and timely month end process
    • Ensuring integrity of data on Dynamics 365 and Anaplan.
    • Monitoring daily bank movements including actual and 3 month forecast reporting.
    • Ensuring invoices are raised in line with the sales forecast
    • Prepare Working Day 1 flash reports to Group Finance
    • Challenging management and identifying areas for investigation.
    • Improving systems and procedures.
    • Preparation of schedules for statutory audit.
    • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure integrity of the accounting system.
    • Work closely with the Head of Manufacturing in preparing ad-hoc management reports as required.
    • Liaise with and help lead reporting initiatives with the Head of Finance.
