Ashley Kate Finance are proud to be partnering with an established and growing manufacturing company, seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Completion of Monthly Management and Financial Accounting Activity
  • Responsibility for preparation of the monthly management accounts
  • Preparation of monthly sales and margin reports
  • Preparing cash forecasts
  • Preparing annual budgets and forecasts
  • Managing annual audits
  • Oversee Transactional Finance Team ensuring the timely management of Purchase, Sales Ledgers and Payroll
  • Assisting in preparing monthly payroll, PAYE and Pension

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role within a finance department.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivots, Look Ups, and advanced functions.
  • Experience with Sage Accounting software (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of VAT, payroll, and financial reporting standards.

Intermediate MS Excel to include Pivots, Look Ups etc. are essential, and knowledge of Sage Accounting would be a major advantage.
