FP and A Manager

Churchill Howard are partnering a fast paced, growing business in Leicestershire to recruit an FP&A Manager. This is an additional hire to support anticipated growth and plans for the business. As FP&A Manager, you will work with an existing and highly motivated team to forecast business performance, and be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.The Role will take responsibility for:* Co-ordinating periodic budget and forecast processes* Developing and maintaining financial models * Consolidation of periodic forecasts, ensuring all budget timetables are met * Undertaking forecast reviews to identify business risks and opportunities* Leading month end process, producing month end packs and conducting reviews with stakeholders to ensure understanding and provide challenge * Supporting the implementation of new reporting technologies and improvements to existing forecast processes as appropriate The Successful Person will be:* A qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)* An excellent communication, able to help others make sense of financial data * Very confident on Excel for data manipulation * A self starter who is motivated to make improvements to help drive a business forwardThis is a great springboard into industry for someone from a professional services background or for someone already doing a similar role in industry but looking for broader exposure and opportunitiesApplicants of all ages and backgrounds with the relevant skills and experience are encouraged to apply.
