We are in searching for a Group Risk & Assurance Manager for an opportunity within the Internal Audit department of a leading FMCG company based in Leicester. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing risk and assurance activities

  • Leading the development and implementation of the group's risk and assurance strategy.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance across the group.
  • Conducting internal audits and presenting findings to senior management.
  • Identifying areas of risk and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Providing assurance on the effectiveness of the group's controls.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance department to enhance business performance.

Profile

A successful Group Risk & Assurance Manager should have:

  • Previous internal or external audit experience working with group companies
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, CIA, or equivalent.
  • Extensive knowledge of risk management and assurance practices.
  • Willingness to carry out end-to-end audit delivery
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
