RECfinancial are currently shortlisting exclusively for this well know Leicestershire based Charitable organisation as they look to recruit an experienced Interim Finance Director on an initial hybrid contract basis until the end of the year. This role can be full time but my client will also consider those candidates potentially looking for approx 30 hours. The role carries a day rate of £300 - £350
Being at the heart of the Leadership team, you'll work very closely with the organisations vision, values and objectives by driving and developing strategic plans and ensuring budgets are aligned, processes are followed and financial reports are provided.
Ideally being immediately available, you'll work closely with the key stakeholders of the charity and be the main contact for all things financial and regulatory. At the heart of it all, budgets, performance, change, assets, audit and risk form part of your main duties, making recommendations asexpected.
This role also has a team of direct reports that you'll work closely with, ensuring their roles are carried out effectively.
This brilliant opportunity will ideally suit an experienced candidate with a similar skill set, ideally ACA / ACCA part/fully qualified. Our client may well consider those that are QBE. Charitable exposure would be ideal.
