Description
Manage the Finance Team to deliver the company objectives
Maintain good accounting practices across the business and the US subsid
Prepare weekly cashflow reports for the board
Manage the Invoice Discounting Facility
Prepare Month End Accounts/Reports, including Sales reporting
Maintain and review management accounting reports, including margins and variance analysis
Weekly banking reconciliations and cashflow reporting
Process the Monthly Payroll
Reconcile the Quarterly VAT & OSS return
Prepare financial reports for the Senior Managers
Maintain effective Cost Centre Management
Work closely with other Department Managers to support their functions
Manage the group audit process
Oversee the pension requirements of the business
Support the development and improvement of IT systems to improve efficiency and availability of information for the group
Profile
You will be a Hands on, qualified or QBE accountant with experience of leading a small finance team within an SME
Experience of using an ERP (esp MS Dynamics)
Job Offer
3-6 month contract at £250-£300p/d, possibly temp to perm,
Hybrid working on offer (3 days in Leicester, 2 days remote)
