Our client is seeking an Interim Group Finance Manager on a 12-month contract to lead a significant change and transformation project within their finance department. This role will be at the forefront of re-engineering and centralising financial processes, integrating non-consolidation reporting of entities, and automating manual processes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimising efficiency, and leading the finance team through transformative changes.
As an Interim Group Finance Manager, your primary responsibility will be to successfully deliver the change & transformation strategy needed to achieve the company goals. You will be driving transformation within the team to create a continuous improvement environment. Your role will involve standardising procedures across entities, optimising workflows, reducing redundancy following acquisitions, and leading the automation of manual financial processes. You will also develop and mentor non-accounting finance team members on new accounting processes, systems, and tools introduced during transformation.
- Spearhead the re-engineering & centralisation of financial processes
- Integrate non-consolidation reporting of entities into the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solution
- Optimise efficiency and lead the finance team through transformative changes
- Responsible for shareholder reporting and ensuring that key financial insights drive strategic decisions
- Play a pivotal role in standardising group operations with a focus on a tech-led, automated landscape
- Manage the financial integration of newly acquired entities into the group

Your expertise extends from accounting to partnering and change management. You have demonstrated your ability to drive transformation within teams to create a continuous improvement environment. Your skills in standardising operations, optimising workflows, reducing redundancy, and automating manual processes are second to none.
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA,ACCA,ACA) with 5+ Years post qualified experience
- Expertise across all areas of finance and accounting
- Ability to act as an escalation point for the finance team where team managers are unable to resolve an issue or seek advice
- Capability to identify solutions to current process inefficiencies and work with wider teams to ensure that identified improvements are delivered group wide
