The RoleReporting directly to the Board, the Head of Wealth will:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the long-term strategy for the wealth division, ensuring consistent growth and profitability.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial advisors and support staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Client Engagement: Oversee key client relationships, maintain robust service standards, and ensure tailored, proactive financial planning solutions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Uphold compliance within the division, staying current with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and expand the firm’s client base.

About You

  • Proven Experience: Significant leadership experience in a wealth management or financial advisory setting, ideally at director or senior management level.
  • Professional Qualifications: Fully qualified to provide independent financial advice (Level 4 Diploma or above); Chartered status (or working towards) is highly advantageous.
  • Strategic Thinker: Demonstrable success in devising and implementing business strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Inspirational Leader: Skilled in motivating teams, nurturing talent, and championing a client-first culture.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong track record of expanding services, improving operational efficiencies, and meeting financial objectives.

Remuneration

  • Salary: Up to £140,000 per annum, dependent on experience
