This full-time, permanent, hybrid position is ideal for seasoned financial advisers ready to contribute to a high-standard advisory service, supporting both clients and internal teams through excellent service and regulated financial advice.

About the Role

Reporting to a Team Director, you will provide clients with a proactive, holistic financial planning service, ensuring that they receive accurate and personalised advice tailored to their objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Offering technical and investment advice on a range of wealth management needs
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
  • Conveying information in a way that’s easy for clients to understand
  • Staying informed on current affairs that may impact clients
  • Clearly explaining the advantages and disadvantages of recommended products and services
  • Conducting research and data analysis for client planning and special projects
  • Keeping up-to-date with relevant regulations and legislation
  • Complying with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines and compliance procedures
  • Handling client matters openly, honestly, and with integrity

Role Requirements

Successful applicants will:

  • Hold a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
  • Have at least 2 years of experience as a Financial Adviser
  • Possess a strong knowledge of pensions and wealth management solutions
  • Demonstrate the ability to research, analyse, and interpret complex financial information
  • Have exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Communicate complex information clearly, both in writing and verbally
