We're currently looking for a talented Independent Financial Adviser to join a progressive and planning-led firm. The Role:

In this role, you'll help clients clearly define their financial goals and create tailored, easy-to-understand financial strategies that support long-term success. You'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering holistic advice through a six-stage financial planning process.
  • Conducting in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances, goals, and needs.
  • Preparing detailed, compliant financial plans and suitability reports.
  • Building and maintaining strong client and introducer relationships.
  • Sourcing new business through referrals, networking, and company-led initiatives.
  • Keeping clients informed of changes to legislation and new financial opportunities.
  • Using digital tools and virtual platforms to communicate with clients efficiently.
  • Providing timely and accurate management information.
What We're Looking For:
  • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or FCA-recognised equivalent).
  • CF30 status (or eligibility to obtain).
  • A strong, client-centric approach with a clear passion for delivering positive outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and virtual.
  • Proven ability to develop new client relationships through business planning and networking.
  • A well-presented, professional manner and a desire to continually grow and develop.
