Pension Administrator - SSAS (ref AL1299LE)

(Client Associate c£28,000 + benefits)

Office or Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home per week) Leicester (our ref AL1299)

My clients are dedicated to providing personalised and proactive administration and professional trustee services for Small Self-Administered Pension Schemes (SSAS). Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a New Business Client Associate (Pension Administrator) to join their team in Leicester.

Purpose of the Role:

You will be responsible for carrying out onboarding of new clients which includes:

  • Establishment of Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit SSAS Schemes
  • Completion of existing scheme takeovers
  • Delivering excellent technical and customer service outcomes to clients and intermediaries.
  • Completing all proposed investments, transfers in and/or contributions before handing off schemes to a dedicated Client Associate for future administration.

The Person:

  • Experience in SSAS pension new business role
  • Previous experience in establishment of schemes and scheme takeovers.
  • Excellent SSAS knowledge
  • Good personal organisational skills with the ability to prioritise their own workload.
  • Works well under pressure maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to prescribed deadlines.
  • Clear concise communication skills at all levels.
  • A positive attitude to client care.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and driven approach.
  • Ability to develop and maintain excellent internal and external relationships.
