SSAS Client Associate (our ref AL1342)

Hybrid (3 days office/2 days home) or Office based in either Leicester, Salisbury or Bolton

Salary £28,000 - c£34,000 depending on experience + benefits

My clients are dedicated to providing personalised and proactive administration and professional trustee services for Small Self-Administered Pension Schemes (SSAS). Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a number of SSAS Client Associates to join their teams. Please note: We can only consider applications from individuals who have previous pension administration experience.

Purpose of the Role:

You will be responsible for providing a quality service to both clients and their advisers and will carry out the day-to-day cradle to grave administration of a portfolio of SSAS’ s dealing with all aspects of their administration including:

  • Establishment/takeover
  • Contributions and transfers in and out
  • Investment transactions
  • Benefit calculations and payment
  • Property purchases and sales
  • Attend trustee meetings as required

The Person:

The job holder should have experience of Pension (SSAS) administration and demonstrate the following core competencies:

  • Good personal organisational skills with the ability to prioritise their own workload
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and driven approach
  • Works well under pressure maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to work to prescribed deadlines
  • Clear & concise communication skills at all levels
  • A positive attitude to client care
