What Youll Need to Succeed

  • Up to 3 years experience in sales, banking, mortgages, or customer service (required).
  • Up to 2 years experience in a financial services-related role (desirable).
  • Genuine interest in financial planning and delivering great client outcomes.
  • Excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
  • A full, clean UK driving license.
  • Commitment to undergoing and clearing DBS checks.

The Training Journey

Stage 1 (9 months):

  • Attend technical training across a range of financial subjects.
  • Join client meetings weekly and support our consultancy team.
