Position: Energy Broker / Sales Agent
Location: Leicester City Centre
Salary: £25k Basic + commission
Hours of Work: 08:45am - 16:45 Monday to Thursday, 08:45 - 16:00 on Fridays.(Opportunity for early finish)
Type: Office Based – Permanent – Full-time
We are recruiting for a Broker Sales Agent for a busy multi-utility energy consultant based in the heart of Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience in energy sales and a proven track record.
What you will do as an Energy Broker/ Sales Agent:
In this role you will be contacting prospective business customers to arrange gas & electricity supply contracts and convert leads from our lead generation team in a relaxed office environment.
What do you need to be an Energy Broker/ Sales Agent:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Energy Sales.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and Rapport
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Packages and CRMs
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and self motivation
- the abiltiy to work well as an individual and as part of a team
What we will offer you as an Energy Broker/ Sales Agent:
- Commission rate of 20% on normal data.
- Commission rate of 30% on own data/portfolio.
- Annual pay review.
