We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Club Administrator to join their team and help shape the future of a thriving community with a significant number of members.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience working as part of a team.

A passion for working in a dynamic sporting environment.

Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.

Strong IT skills, with proficiency in maintaining databases and systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Customer service and client relationship experience.

Skills in Adobe Acrobat and/or Canva for creating promotional materials.

Your Role:

As Club Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Club’s day-to-day operations and driving its continued success. Reporting to the Club Officers, you’ll oversee key aspects of management, administration, and membership growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative support for Club Officers to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborating with the financial controller, bar supervisor, groundskeeper, and coaches.

Managing member and prospective member inquiries.

Liaising with suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Driving the Club’s Marketing Plan, with a focus on organizing events and attracting new members.

Maintaining the Club database and IT systems.

Overseeing facility upkeep and compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

Coordinating meetings, setting agendas, and recording minutes for monthly Committee meetings, AGM, and more.

What We Offer:

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as needed.

Salary: £25,000- £28,000 (depending on experience) + benefits.
