? Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and objectives

? Mentor, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance

? Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to drive improvements

? Create a positive and motivating team culture, fostering teamwork and collaboration

? Work closely with the sales director to develop and implement sales strategies

? Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members

Requirements

? Proven track record in a sales leadership or management position

? Adept at inspiring sales teams to achieve and surpass targets

? Exceptional skills in coaching, mentoring, and training

? Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

? Driven by results with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service

? Able to foster collaboration and build strong working relationships
