As the Change & Communications Lead, you will oversee organisational change initiatives, aiming to ensure that business transformation projects achieve their objectives by fostering employee adoption and enhancing the overall experience for all stakeholders. This role requires collaboration with project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to plan, implement, and assess changes that impact business processes, systems, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that enhance employee adoption and reduce resistance. Use structured tools, frameworks, and methodologies to guide change management efforts.
- Identify and analyse potential risks for stakeholders, including resistance to change, by understanding their concerns and aligning them with change objectives.
- Create and deliver effective communication plans that inform all relevant parties about changes, benefits, and impacts.
- Conduct impact analyses at the portfolio level and evaluate change readiness in areas anticipating significant changes.
- Define the scope of change, identify affected stakeholders, and create an implementation plan. Collaborate with project managers to integrate change management activities into overall project plans and timelines.
