Days Shift Engineer (Mon - Fri)

I am currently recruiting for a skilled Days Shift Engineer to join a small team within a busy, fast-paced environment. The role will involve both reactive and preventative maintenance, with a focus on ensuring the smooth running of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on a variety of machinery and equipment
- Work efficiently as part of a small engineering team to ensure minimal downtime
- Use both electrical and mechanical skills to resolve issues, with an ideal electrical bias
- Be proactive in identifying and resolving potential problems before they arise
- Ability to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure in a busy site environment
- Previous reliability engineering exposure would be advantageous
The Ideal Candidate:
- A blend of electrical and mechanical skills, with a slight electrical bias
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally in manufacturing or similar sectors
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to both preventative and reactive maintenance
- Ability to work as part of a close-knit team and independently when required
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 06:00 - 14:30
