Our client is looking to recruit a Duct Cleaning Supervisor in the Leicester areaShifts will vary between days, nights, and occasional weekend work.Key Responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for controlling the workload of the compliance team by co-ordinating the job onsite with written programs and setting job priorities
  • Ensure that sufficient manpower is available to carry out the work required and ensure that the team is informed of the duties required
  • To supervise the Duct Cleaning Operatives to ensure that the work is carried out according to the required standard/specification, in accordance with training received and skills acquired
  • In conjunction with the Regional Supervisor, assist in 'on the job' training of new operatives
Skills/Qualifications:
  • High standard of work ethics
  • previous experience in a supervisor/team leader role
  • knowledge of Ventilation systems management in accordance with TR19 Grease.
  • Knowledge of Ventilation cleaning techniques in accordance with TR19
  • Knowledge of Access door installation in accordance with DW144
  • Full UK driver's license
