Linsco are looking for a Finishing Foreman to start work on a new build housing site in Leicester, LE19
You will be required to focus on overseeing the final stages of construction, including snagging, quality assurance, and ensuring homes are handed over to clients in perfect condition. You'll work closely with the Site Manager and subcontractors to meet deadlines and maintain the highest standards.
Pay is negotiable dependant on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors during finishing stages.
- Conduct snagging and address defects to ensure homes are ready for handover.
- Ensure all finishing works are completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
- Maintain strict health and safety standards on-site.
- Liaise with the Site Manager and other stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
