Youllbuild your own client base from the ground up, which will include email marketing and cold calling.Youllalso be sourcing,screeningand shortlisting candidatesin order toconnect them with the right role.
Here'swhatyou'llneed:
Some work experience that involves dealing with customers (e.g., retail, hospitality, sales)
Resilience and the ability to handle pressure
The desire and ability to learn
Comfortable and confident speaking with people over the phone
At least a bachelor's degree in any discipline
