We're looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join the team of a well-established organisation in the Leicester area. The role of the HR Administrator is critical to the on-going success of the business, so we require a committed and focused individual with exceptional attention to detail. Working in a team, your main responsibility will be to ensure all our temporary workers are fully compliant ahead of their start date. HR Administrator Monday to Friday/ 37 hoursTemporary Leicester, LE1 £15-17ph paid weekly via umbrellaThe role of the HR Administrator is to support the ever-growing team. Duties are as follows, but not limited to:
  • Conduct thorough checks to verify candidates' right to work in accordance with legal requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of compliance documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Monitoring and chasing outstanding compliance documents via telephone and email
  • Day to day and ad hoc administration duties including data entry/updating and sending emails
  • Completing pr employment checks
