Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Leicester, Hybrid, 22 hours p/w
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our HR Shared Services team in Leicester. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our HR Business Partners (HRBP) and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report Generation: Pull and analyze HR reports to support decision-making processes.
- HRBP Support: Assist HR Business Partners with various tasks and projects.
- Communication: Draft and send out letters and communications to employees.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior and entry-level admins to manage HR tasks and projects.
- Backlog Management: Address and resolve any backlog issues to maintain efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred.
