Job Title: Multi-Trade / Multi-Skilled Operative

Salary: 200 per day

Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled Multi-Trade / Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team in Leicester.
As a key member of my clients workforce, you will carry out a variety of tasks across different trades, working on a diverse range of projects. This is a great opportunity for a versatile and experienced operative looking to showcase their skills and join a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of maintenance, repairs, and installations across various trades, including but not limited to: carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, plastering, tiling, and general building maintenance.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard in a timely and efficient manner.
- Take on multiple trade-related tasks as required, providing flexibility and reliability on-site.
- Communicate effectively with clients and the management team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Work to health and safety regulations and comply with site-specific requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in multiple trades (minimum of 3 trades).
- Full UK driving license and own vehicle.
- Own tools and equipment appropriate to your trade.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in residential or commercial projects is desirable.
