Are you OCDEA qualified and looking for a SAP Assessor role in Leicester? A team of experienced energy assessors, air tightness testers, BREEAM assessors and building physics engineers are seeking an experienced OCDEA to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills amongst a team of supportive specialists.
About the OCDEA role:
You will play a vital role in delivering accurate and reliable SAP assessments and reports, sustainability and energy statements, embodied carbon, and life cycle analysis (LCA). Your responsibilities will include producing EPCs, verifying compliance evidence and collaborating with other team members on varying projects. You will also be expected to mentor and guide junior team members and communicate with clients.
Requirements for the OCDEA role:
- Be OCDEA qualified, with experience carrying out SAP Assessments and energy performance evaluations
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and energy efficiency standards
- Familiarity with energy modelling software (IES-VE, Elmhurst Design SAP)
- Experience with OneClick LCA
- Live in or near to Leicester and be willing to work in office
- Have a full right to work in the UK
