Theo is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join our client in Leicester.
Parts Advisor Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting customers in the Parts department.
- Ordering, booking out parts, invoicing, and taking payment.
- Handling general Aftersales enquiries, working closely with the Service department.
- Providing estimates when required.
- Achieving sales through prospecting, acquiring, and maintaining accounts.
- Dealing with customer enquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Checking in parts deliveries.
- Assisting with parts stock checks.
- Liaising with the workshop, service advisors, and customers.
- Contacting customers to offer special promotions when available.

- Friendly yet professional, demonstrating integrity, discretion, and objectivity.
- Experienced in a parts department with a strong technical understanding of motor vehicles.
- Willing to keep technical knowledge updated to provide efficient service.
- Possesses a good telephone manner and knowledge of Kerridge.
- Holds a full, valid, and clean UK driving licence.
