Theo is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join our client in Leicester.

Parts Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting customers in the Parts department.
  • Ordering, booking out parts, invoicing, and taking payment.
  • Handling general Aftersales enquiries, working closely with the Service department.
  • Providing estimates when required.
  • Achieving sales through prospecting, acquiring, and maintaining accounts.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries both in person and over the phone.
  • Checking in parts deliveries.
  • Assisting with parts stock checks.
  • Liaising with the workshop, service advisors, and customers.
  • Contacting customers to offer special promotions when available.

  • A team player who supports the achievement of increased profit and sales.
  • Committed to excellent customer relations and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Friendly yet professional, demonstrating integrity, discretion, and objectivity.
  • Experienced in a parts department with a strong technical understanding of motor vehicles.
  • Willing to keep technical knowledge updated to provide efficient service.
  • Possesses a good telephone manner and knowledge of Kerridge.
  • Holds a full, valid, and clean UK driving licence.
