Full-time or Part Time
We are recruiting exclusively for a HR & Payroll Officer for a recognised employer near to the Glenfield area. This is a permanent full time or part time position offering a salary of around £30,000 and possibly more for the right candidate. Hours are 09.00am, - 5.00pm. Our client is also able to offer flexi hours if need be and will consider part time candidates
HR and Payroll duties:
- Arrange interviews, reference checks, right to work checks, employment contracts and new starter paperwork
- Absence management & Annual Holiday management
- Maintain HR policies
- Generate reports
- Assist in Payrolling 300 Monthly staff
- Process Starters & Leavers, holiday forms, SSP, SMP,SPP forms
- Manage and update the sick records
- Submitting banking file
- RTI submissions (Real-Time Information)
Benefits:
- Salary: circa £30,000
- Hours: Monday - Friday 09.00am - 5.00pm. Part time hours are also available including flexi hours.
