Salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Benefits: 9 Day Fortnight Working pattern, averaging 37 hours per week (alternate Friday’s off) Up to 3% bonus on base salary (based on performance split of 50% company / 50% individual, paid in April each year. Enhanced Company sick pay scheme. Flexible hybrid working.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Operations Assistant to join our clients team. The successful candidate will provide end-to-end administrative support to the People Operations Team, manage the HR Management System, and provide first-line advice and guidance on company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the People Operations Inbox and provide first-line support on all queries
• Manage the organisation chart, updating and issuing on a quarterly basis
• Support the People Operations Advisor with casework issues, including informal disciplinary and grievance cases, intermittent absence management, and welfare concerns
• Maintain accurate data held within the HR Management System
• Assist the People Operations Advisor in monitoring key metrics, including recruitment, training, and absence
• Work with the People Operations Advisor to review and update job overviews and provide guidance on selection processes
• Contribute to the development of an effective onboarding process for all employees
• Assist in the coordination of training plans and maintain the Training Platform
• Undertake specific projects as determined by the Head of People Operations
• Collaborate with the People Operations Advisor and PA to the Chief Executive Officer to organize employee brand initiatives and events

Requirements:
• CIPD Level 3 (or working towards or desiring to achieve Level 5)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to process casework to accurate and quality standards
• Knowledge of human resource best practice and current UK employment legislation
• Experience with Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Publisher) and Human Resource Management Software
• Professional attitude and conduct in all Company dealings
• Good team player with the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels
• Flexible approach to duties and responsibilities
• Willingness and ability to travel, as required in the UK
